Brady Berry is a Utah father and homeowner who built Bowka Construction on a simple principle: treat every home like it's your own. With a B100 general contractor license, full insurance, and specialized certifications in asbestos and lead safety, Brady brings both the credentials and the care that Utah families deserve.
Before founding Bowka Construction, Brady spent years learning the trade — framing homes, finishing basements, and working alongside some of the best contractors in Utah. He saw firsthand what happens when communication breaks down, when contractors cut corners, or when homeowners are left in the dark about timelines and costs.
He started Bowka Construction to do things differently. Every project begins with a conversation — not a sales pitch. Brady wants to understand your goals, your concerns, and your budget. He'll give you honest advice, even if that means recommending a smaller project or a phased approach.
